and really stupid. I tried scanning this, but the photoshop wouldn’t let me open a picture of money. So clever that Department of Treasury of ours, so darn smart. Hope it rubs off on the other departments.

I’m really tired of loud motorcycles and super-loud mufflers; I’ve always thought it to be ridiculous. Loud bass, the kind that shakes buildings, in cars is bad too.
A loud motorcycle rode by my house today and it gave me a great idea. Next time it happens, I’m going to follow him/her home so I know where they live. I’ll go buy an air horn and around three or four in the morning, I’ll tape down the air horn button so it goes off until it either runs out or someone finds it, and I throw it in their shrubbery or on their roof. I’ll leave a note out front that says, “I really enjoyed listening to your motorcycle earlier, I hope you enjoy the sweet sounds of my new air horn. Yeah!”
No more turning the other cheek for loud noise – FIGHT NOISE WITH NOISE 2007!!!!!
I realized this project at AMT gallery at my show “more better (all images can be seen at http://www.flickr.com/photos/marchorowitz/sets/72157601172660405/)

This is simple schematic of an emergency helicopter that you can fashion out of things from around the house. Only build in the case of an extreme emergency. It’s a plus if you have brick laying skills.

I got this awesome paper cup envelope thing with some aspirin I bought at a convenience store. The advertising/ text is the best part.
Very inspiring! Here are some more (interpretive) ideas for “Another Innovative Idea for the ‘People on the Go’ ”
Hunt for your Own Food Grocery Store Chain – You’re given either a crossbow, rifle, shotgun, knife, or handgun to go and hunt for your own food. Some is prepackaged, some is not.
Prefabricated Love Letter Service Center or P.L.L.S.C – A place where you can go to get a love letter tailored to your needs. For a little extra, you can get a tape or CD with a love song on it that must be played when the letter is read.
Canoe trips through Moscow – Being towed through the streets of Moscow by a car while you sit in a canoe. I believe this would really bolster tourism in Russia anytime of the year.
The Brick Helicopter – See previous post.
If you have any ideas for people on the go, leave em in a comment!

Sir or Madam,
Enclosed is my winning ticket in the “Beefstakes ‘84.” I would like to request that in lieu of my “GE Microwave Oven,” I would like to be awarded in “3 oz. jars of Hickory Farms Mustard” equivalent to the value of the oven. We do not have electricity, but are generally very hungry. If that cannot be arranged, please enclose a portion of a “New Dodge Caravan.” Even if you just send the tires, the countess believes that if we could just make it down the long hill and away from our crumbling estate, we’ll be that much closer to a better life in America. Every little bit helps.
Please excuse the lateness of my redemption. We happened upon a long-forgotten Red Cross cache of “Original Beef Sticks” while digging for Stalin’s gold.
Thank you,
Count Alonzo

This is awesome and very evil, which is the theme this week, btw. All you need is you and a friend – each of you make an eye and take a picture.
That is at the mossy water falls of Limekiln State Park in Big Sur.
